About the Shizuoka Law School


Cultivating practicing legal professionals to serve local communities and enterprises

To actively recruit a diverse student body, including individuals with a variety of non-legal academic backgrounds and those with abundant employment experience, the School offers a three-year program with a curriculum that assumes no prior study of law. The School also offers an accelerated two-year program.
The School maintains a staff of 20 full-time instructors and offers a rich educational experience, with strict limits on class size. Required classes have a maximum enrollment of 30 students, while comprehensive training classes are composed of approximately 10 students.
