Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) & Universitas Udayana (UNUD) Students Visit Hamamatsu
As part of the JST Sakura Science Project, we welcomed seven undergraduate students from our partner universities in Indonesia, Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) and Universitas Udayana (UNUD).
These students were hosted at the Hamamatsu Campus for a week starting on November 4th.
On November 7th, they participated in an event themed around Malaysian culture at the International Exchange Lounge.
During the event, they listened to an engaging presentation by two international students about Malaysia's multi-ethnic society and rich food culture.
The event also provided a great opportunity for them to interact with both international and Japanese students from Shizuoka University.
Additionally, an information session about the Asia Bridge Program (ABP) master’s course was held.
This session offered a valuable opportunity for the visiting students to gain insights into student life, as well as the educational and research opportunities available at Shizuoka University.
