【Notice】2021 Academic Year Graduation Ceremony
The 2021 academic year graduation ceremony will be held as follows.
*To prevent the spread of COVID-19, attendance will be limited to the graduates of each faculty and graduate school. Family members will not be permitted to enter the venue.
*To attend the ceremony, you will need to submit the “admission ticket”. The ticket will be sent to graduating students by our student affairs system. Please fill in the blanks of the ticket before you come to the venue, and submit to reception.
*On the day, a video of the ceremony will be streamed on the internet. (Note that as the ceremony will be streamed live, attendees at the venue may be filmed.)
Contents of the ceremony may be changed depending on the future situation regarding COVID-19. Any changes will be announced on our website.

After the graduation ceremony of campus, we will have the ceremony of each faculty and graduate school. Further details will be announced by the faculty or graduate school you belong with.
◆NOTES
*On the day, please wear non-woven mask all the times and refrain from talking loudly. Before you enter the venue, we will check your body temperature, disinfect your hands. Thank you for your cooperation.
*On the day of the ceremony, check your temperature at home and refrain from coming to the venue if you or anyone who lives together have a fever or are feeling unwell.
*Persons other than graduates will not be permitted to enter the venue.
*Social gatherings with drinking alcohol before and after the ceremony will increase the risk of infection. Please keep in mind to avoid the “Three Cs” and “5 situations” that increase the risk of infection.
