| Application | 【Theme】 Photographs taken at your favorite locations or moments in Shizuoka University. e.g.) campus landscape, people or scenery taken at the university. Natural environments and activities or events related to the university. 【Eligibility】 Current Student of Shizuoka University Only 【Maximum number of submissions】 5 photographs per person 【How to enter the competition】 A. Apply using Instagram 1. Follow Shizuoka University’s Instagram account: @shizuoka_university 2. Post photos include titles and shooting location with hashtag #静大学生フォトコンテスト2023 in the caption 3. Post a picture per post 4. Send email with pictures（more than 1MB） attached to koho_all[at]adb.shizuoka.ac.jp ※ Please make sure your account is public. ※ In the case we can’t reach winners through DM, the prize winner’s right will be waived. B. Apply by E-mail Please send pictures with title, shooting location and nickname. We will post your pictures to @Shizuoka_university. |
| Prizes | ◆ The Grand Prize (one person) ：10,000 yen will be charged to the campus pay. ◆ The President’s Prize (one person) ：5,000 yen will be charged to the campus pay ◆ The head of public relations strategy office’s Prize (one person) ：3,000 yen will be charged to the campus pay ◆ The student’s public relation committee’s Prize (one person) ：3,000 yen will be charged to the campus pay ◆ Shizuppi’s Prize (five people) ：1,000 yen will be charged to the campus pay 【Winner’s announcement】 The winners will be announced on Shizuoka University Website, 20th December, 2023 ※We will reach the winners through Instagram DM or E-mail. |
| General Guideline | ※The permission for usage of portrait must be gotten from person in the photograph before submission. ※Please note that submitted photographs will be displayed in Shizuoka university’s publications, magazines, and other materials as well as on its website. ※Photos must be taken within the last 3 years. ※Image size must be more than 1MB before posting to Instagram. File format must be JPEG. ※The participant must be the author of each photograph submitted. ※We accept only unpublished photographs. ※The photographs must not contain material that violates or infringes on another’s right, including publicity and intellectual property rights. |
