*update about livestreaming and the guideline for wearing a mask during the ceremony
The 2023 academic year entrance ceremony will be held as follows.
There may be some restrictions for attendance depending on the future situation regarding COVID-19.
Any changes will be announced on this page.
Please check the latest information on this page before attending the ceremony.
*Attendance will be limited to the new students and family members.
*The ceremonies will be split into 2 sessions to disperse the number of participants per sessions. Please attend a session which your faculty appointed as participants in the diagram below.
*Significant congestion is expected on the day. Due to a limited number of the seats, please note that there are cases in which family members may attend the ceremony at satellite venue or not be able to enter the venue.
*On the day, a video of the ceremony will be streamed on the internet. (Note that as the ceremony will be streamed live, attendees at the venue may be filmed.)

NOTES
*On the day, please refrain from talking loudly. Before you enter the venue, we will check your body temperature, disinfect your hands. Wearing the mask during the ceremony is at your discretion.
*On the day of the ceremony, check your temperature at home and refrain from coming to the venue if you or anyone who lives together have a fever or are feeling unwell.
*Persons other than new students and family members will not be permitted to enter the venue.
*Please do not park on the road around the venue or a parking of neighboring store even if the stop is temporary. Please use parking lots nearby.
*Social gatherings with drinking alcohol before and after the ceremony will increase the risk of infection. Please keep in mind to avoid the “Three Cs” and “5 situations” that increase the risk of infection.
