静岡大学【重要】台風第6号接近に伴う6月3日（水）の午前・午後の授業取扱いについて

台風第6号の接近に伴い、6月3日（水）の静岡キャンパス及び浜松キャンパスにおける午前・午後の授業は、下記のとおりとします。
静岡キャンパス 午前の授業 休講
午後の授業 休講
浜松キャンパス 午前の授業 休講
午後の授業 午前11時の時点で判断し、後に周知
昨日の通知では、6月3日（水）午前の授業の取扱いについてお知らせしていましたが、台風の接近に伴う影響が午後の授業時間帯にも及ぶことが見込まれる静岡キャンパスについては、午前に加え、午後の授業についても一斉休講と判断しました。
今回の判断は、本学の「自然災害等による一斉休講措置のガイドライン」に基づき、学生の安全又は通学手段に重大な支障が生じるおそれがあると同ガイドラインの以下の規定を踏まえて判断したものです。
（授業等開始前の休講の適用対象）
7 4から6の休講基準に該当した場合、次の授業の開講時間帯に応じて、休講の判断を行う。ただし、各時間帯への影響が基準時よりも早期に判明する場合には、判明した時点で判断を行う。

11 その他、自然災害等により、キャンパスの所在地において、学生の安全又は通学手段に重大な支障が出ていると本学が判断した場合は、状況に応じ、本学が該当するキャンパスを一斉休講又はその他必要な措置を決定する。

Due to the approach of Typhoon No. 6, morning and afternoon classes on Wednesday, June 3, at the Shizuoka Campus and Hamamatsu Campus will be handled as follows:
Shizuoka Campus
Morning classes: Cancelled
Afternoon classes: Cancelled
Hamamatsu Campus
Morning classes: Cancelled
Afternoon classes: A decision will be made as of 11:00 a.m. and announced later.
In yesterday’s notice, we informed you of the handling of morning classes on Wednesday, June 3. However, for the Shizuoka Campus, where the effects of the approaching typhoon are expected to extend into the afternoon class hours, we have decided to cancel all afternoon classes in addition to the morning classes.
This decision has been made in accordance with the University’s “Guidelines for University-wide Class Cancellations Due to Natural Disasters and Other Emergencies,” based on the possibility that there may be serious risks to student safety or significant disruptions to commuting, taking into account the following provisions of the guidelines.
Scope of Application for Class Cancellations Before the Start of Classes
7. If any of the class cancellation criteria set forth in Sections 4 to 6 are met, a decision on class cancellation shall be made according to the scheduled class periods. However, if the impact on each class period becomes clear before the standard decision time, the decision shall be made at the time the impact becomes clear.
Other Provisions
11. In addition, if the University determines that, due to a natural disaster or other emergency, there are serious risks to student safety or significant disruptions to commuting at the location of a campus, the University shall, depending on the situation, decide to cancel all classes at the relevant campus or take other necessary measures.
